Having experienced sporadic success rates when placing job adverts on previous occasions, we decided to use 2M’s service to widen the catchment net, and hopefully attract a more viable number and quality of applicants to choose from, for our latest recruitment campaign. We have made a number of hires through this portal. Whilst I appreciate placing an ad on the job boards will give you some applications which may not also be suitable for the vacancies, it certainly gives a good return on investment. I was particularly happy with the service from Wayne, who flags to us improvements should an ad not be getting the exposure it needs.
