Office Administrator
Location: Plymouth
Salary & Benefits: £20,000 – £23,000 dependent on experience.
Hours: Normal hours will be 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700.

Safety Management Advisory Services is part of a collective group, who is a specialist and rapidly growing company in procurement, working with many of the leading UK house builders and construction companies by managing their approved contractors.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator who will assist each department with different requirements as well as provide administrative support.

SMAS continues to expand and currently have a team of 28+ staff based in offices in Estover, Plymouth

Summary of Role
• General Office Duties
• Office Purchasing
• Conduct research
• Develop reports
• Schedule meetings
• Support in managing relationships with suppliers
• Supporting the Finance Manager with financial tasks
• Supporting directors
• Taking general phone calls and directing queries to relevant departments
• Diary management including organising and confirming appointments

Experience needed:
• Previous experience of working within Finance
• Experience of working on your own initiative
• Experience of working within a finance and Administration Role (desirable)

• Good Working Knowledge of Excel
• Time management
• Ability to interpret information
• Planning & prioritising
• Good attention to detail
