As the Change Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget. This will involve implementation of changes to business processes, systems and technology, job and organisation design, increasing employee adoption and usage. This is an agile role that responds to organisational needs effectively and adapts to current and future business requirements. You’ll work to enable adoption of organisational changes, partnering with all levels of the organisation as necessary to ensure change initiatives are embedded effectively. The overall aim of change initiatives will be to ensure organisational efficiencies with a measurable return on investment (ROI) and achieving results and outcomes as agreed in change plans, and in support of WMCAs strategic goals.
This is a fixed-term role until the end of 2021 and our preference is that you will be able to start immediately following a shortlisting and selection process.
Who we need
You will have previous change, process improvement, and operating model planning experience and be comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding role. Liaising with people at all levels in the business you will support line managers to achieve high-performance outcomes and to embed our values and behaviours in all our activities and processes. You’ll have experience of facilitating groups to achieve process improvement, cultural change, and agile working practices and have knowledge and understanding of change management best practice.
Your skills will include being able to prioritise and manage workloads effectively and have good communication and influencing skills. You are creative and innovative and have a productive and constructive approach.
