Location: Wilmslow, hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 from home.
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00pm
Salary: £18,000 + bonus (referral related)

The role

We are on the lookout for individuals across our Client Support Team, from Switchboard to Diary Management to onboarding… We are recruiting right across the department due to growth!

The department does is what it says on the tin, supporting our clients. We are passionate about our customer journey, and we want it to be an enjoyable one.

The role will be answering calls from clients and putting them through to the right department or contact. Or contacting our current clients and booking in annual visits for our Field Consultants. Or training clients on our bespoke portal within the first 90 days of joining us.

· Whatever your background, it is paramount to us that you are passionate about great customer service. We can teach you the rest. We want great people that can engage effectively over the phone and are able to deliver value add to the client.
· The successful candidate for this role will have strong organisational skills.
· They will have excellent communication skills, along with a first-class telephone manner.
