Job Title: Administrator
Location: Teddington, South West London
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am – 6 pm
Package: up to £23,000.00 dependant on experience
Established in 1929, Snellers have been providing expert property advice for over 85 years. Our knowledge and experience of South West London, Surrey, Middlesex and the surrounding areas is unrivalled.
We provide our clients with a full range of property services including valuation, agency, property management, lease consultancy, project management, building surveying, development consultancy and investment.
Today, Snellers employs around 25 people (plus aligned consultants) who are focused on a ‘client led’ approach to property consultancy.
Snellers promote an entrepreneurial culture that filters through the business, enabling its staff to act with autonomy and flexibility, but in the knowledge, they have the support of other experienced approachable members of staff at their fingertips.
Reception duties to include but not limited to:
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
• Arranging bookings for meeting room
• Filtering calls to the correct department
• Dealing with post
Commercial Assistant duties to include but not limited to:
• Assisting the Management, Agency and Valuation department Completing reports
• Updating the website
• Keeping social media current
• Arranging inspections
• Attending viewings of commercial properties
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• An excellent telephone manner
• Good computer skills including a working knowledge of databases and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Self-motivated and the ability to deal with changing priorities on a daily basis Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team
• Previous experience in an administrative role or similar 30-minute commute from the office
