You don’t need recruitment experience for this role. What you do need is –
- Drive & determination
- Inquisitive nature
- The ability to follow a process
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment making outbound calls

We’re a boutique recruiter within the Legal and Digital sectors across the South of England. We’ve recently undergone a major restructure (well, major for us), and now we’re looking to add some wonderful new faces to our team.
We’ve been around since 2009, so we’ve got a bit of history. We’ve not returned to the office since the pandemic and we have no plans to do so as remote working is working just fine.
Our markets are very candidate-driven (which aren’t atm, right?) so we’ve created processes that drive the candidate funnels. And they work too!
