Sales / Lead Coordinator (Inside Sales)

Location: Office based in Sheffield with ability to also work from home
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £25,000 FTE

The role:

Here at HS Direct we know sales leads are precious, they are like the Lego bricks that helped us build our business.

And just like Lego, it can be easy to lose track of our leads. In fact, the difference between Lego and leads is that Lego is easy to find again (usually when you’re walking to the bathroom at night in the dark!)

As part of exciting growth plans, we’re looking for a Sales / Lead Coordinator who, like us, appreciates that lead distribution is a strategy that goes beyond just assigning incoming leads to sales colleagues.

It involves matching every lead with the right colleague to ensure mutual gain (for our colleagues, our business and more importantly, our clients).

We’re already great at capturing leads in our salesforce CRM but we’d like your help to:

• Filter new leads using visible lead channel metrics
• Assign the right leads to the right sales colleagues
• Ensure real-time notification when leads are allocated
• Track and measure lead handling and success metrics
• Trial different lead distribution strategies to see what works best for our colleagues and business
• Work closely with our sales managers, team leaders and sales colleagues

What you’ll need:

• A good eye for detail and a willingness to learn
• Ability to build relationships – we’re all about a one-team approach
• A can-do attitude – there’s no mood hoovers here, thanks!
• If you have salesforce experience – that’s perfect. If not, don’t worry, we have a coaching programme to support the right candidate to be successful in this role
