Job Purpose-An exciting opportunity has become available to join our head office in Potters-Bar as Senior Marketing Assistant.
Job Duties:
• Developing distinct online corporate presence and social media strategy to attract volume and quality followers through social media channels.
• Contributing to print and digital campaigns
• Writing of company blogs and manage e-communications
• Conference and event planning
• Support with service Visits
• Collation and assembly of marketing brochures and packs
• Preparatoin of managment marketing and communications plans
• Attending and providing support for the Anniual Arts & crafts competition
• Providing support to partner organisations.
Ideal Candidate/Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Be able to multi-task, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent Customer Care Skills;
• Ability to Maintain Strict Confidentiality
• Experience in working in Marketing.
