Truck Sales Administrator
Salary: Dependant on experience

We are looking to recruit a Truck Sales Administrator for our Mercedes Benz Dealership in Derby, Mertrux Truck, and Van. This is a full-time position.
Reporting to the Truck Sales Manager you will need to support the sales team by preparing all relevant documentation for an efficient handover of the vehicle to the customer. This will include, loading vehicle data onto Kerridge and progressing truck sales, direct communication with our customers and suppliers, raise invoices, process stock information, tax vehicles, and general office administration.
The person we are looking for will ideally have previous experience of working in a dealership environment, be presentable and professional, have excellent communication skills, and great attention to detail. You will need to be able to develop knowledge of vehicle specifications and vehicle ordering systems. In addition to being enthusiastic, hardworking, and self-motivated.

Hours – 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
• Previous experience of Administration is essential
• Motor trade experience essential
• Kerridge/autoline/cdk experience is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
